Welcome to ORCA as a new user. This article will assist you in setting up your account.

Your Invitation Email

The administrator of your ORCA instance has invited you to collaborate. You should have received an invitation email from “no-reply@mg.withorca.com”. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder.

The email contains a blue "Register" button for you to continue with the registration.

Register using the invitation code

Click on the blue "Register" button to navigate to the page below.

Enter the invitation code given to you by your administrator. This is a one-time access code for your initial login to ORCA.

If your administrator did not share the invitation code with you, it can be retrieved. Visit this link to learn how to do this.

Download the Security Kit (Secret Key)

It's crucial to download the Security Kit and store your Secret Key securely, such as in a password manager or physically in a safe.

Set a password and start using ORCA

If you're using a personal computer, referred to as a trusted device, you have the option to set a PIN. Remember, this is not a requirement and you can always use your secret key to log in to ORCA.
