Overview
If you invite a new user to ORCA they will need a one-time password (or invitation code) for the initial set-up. This is only required for the initial setup.

How to copy the one-time password while you are inviting a new user
- Invite new user
- Select to which vaults a user should have access
- “Generate Invite code”
- Copy the code and send it via a secure channel to your user
How to access the one-time password after you invite a user
In case a newly invited user did lose the one-time password you can retrieve it via the account administration page:
- Open “Account Administration”
- Click on “Users”
- Users that haven’t registered are marked as “Invitation pending”
- Click on the three dots on the right side
- View “one-time password”
