Here, we'll illustrate how the Entities' details in ORCA align with Page 3 of the ORCA platform, aiding you in matching them with the BOI Report in either online or PDF format for submission to FinCEN.

Where to locate information about my Reporting Company in ORCA
All the information are found in the Company’s card (gif below)
- #3 If you have a FinCEN ID, then you may fill it out. If not, choose Yes
- #5 is found in the Details view of the Entities’ card (screenshot below)
- #7 and #8 can be found in the Addresses & Countries view of the Entities’ card (screenshot below)
- NOTE - ORCA will pick up any details here. If you have more than 1 entry in this field, ORCA will prioritize the “National” option (Screenshot #2)
- #9 is filled out if the tax identification type in item #7 is “Foreign”, select the foreign country / jurisdiction that issued the foreign tax identification number

- You can find #11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 in the Addresses & Countries view of the Entities’ card (screenshot below)
- The 'Registered' address type is what the BOI report utilizes.
