Overview
If you've lost your secret key, generate a new one.
Remember to copy, download, and store your secret key in a secure location. For more information, refer to our article on Why is the Secret Key important and What happens if I lose my Safety Kit?
Note: This action can only be performed on trusted devices (those for which you have created a PIN). It will automatically log you out from all devices and remove their trusted status.
Guide
- Access to ORCA is required in order to generate a new secret key.
- Click on your account profile or name in the lower left section of ORCA.
- Select "Personal Settings".
- Navigate to "Security" and then choose "Generate a new Secret Key".
- Input the PIN that you use on your trusted device.
- Important: Download and store your new Secret Key in a safe place. For more information, visit this page.
