How to manually create & assign a task

Overview

In ORCA, users can manually create and assign tasks to invited users for efficient task management. Users can customize tasks to meet precise requirements and ensure accountability within their organization by providing task details such as descriptions, due dates, assigning users within the vault, and associating tasks with specific Assets, Entities, and Persons.

Users can select from various Status options:

  • Open: Signifying tasks yet to be completed.
  • Doing: Indicates tasks currently in progress.
  • Done: Upon selection, this status removes the task from the active task list.
