Items / Entities Template

Column A - Type (Required) - The type will always be “entity”

Column B - ID (Optional) - Although the inclusion of an ID is optional, we highly recommend creating a unique identifier for the External ID. This identifier will serve as the cornerstone for linking details from other imports. Ensuring a well-structured approach in Column B will significantly benefit your future import processes

  • To note
    • You can match the ID numbers that your Accounting software provides
    • You can use Letters and Numbers
    • Do not input any space in the External ID
