Overview
This article explains how to use the Structure visualization.
It guides you on how to use Structure Cards, view Details, blend entity information in the Structure Chart, add important details, and see transactions between entities.
How to use the Structure Cards
In the Structure Visualisation, the most relevant Entities are displayed as a Cards:
- Clicking on the round icon (top left corner) of each Card allows you to change the perspective of your Structured chart.
- Clicking on the "three dots" (right side) of the Card allows you to blend in/out additional information and add new data.
- Clicking anywhere else on the card will open the “Detail View” of ORCA, where you can find all relevant information about your Entities.
Accessing the Details View
With just one click on any of the Cards, you can access the dedicated Details View of an Entity, including all the relevant data and relationships:
- A detailed section with basic information and structured notes (which can also be found in the chart);
- Locations, Addresses and Countries, where you or your entity are registered, including tax IDs;
- A list of all Legal Entities and Assets directly held (including costs and value at a glance);
- Liabilities and Commitments (including total outstanding amounts);
- Any mandate, role, or legal power engaged by the entity;
- Insurance, audit, compliance, and tax documentation;
- Files and Tasks linked to the Entity.
Blend in / out information for one Card
With just two clicks, you can choose to display only the information that matters to you, such as:
- Addresses of your entities, including tax IDs and tax domiciles;
- Nationalities of persons;
- Filters for specific roles, such as executive roles
- and much more…
Blend in / out information for all Cards on screen
If you are unable to find the information on the card, don't worry. Simply expand the filter option located in the bottom right corner to blend in values for all the cards.
Transactions
How can you access all transactions between entities?
To access all transactions between entities, simply click on the line that connects two entities. This will take you directly to the transaction section of the detail view.
Jump Directly from Transactions to Owned Assets
You can jump directly from the transactions overview to the (partially) owned entity to access additional information. Simply click on the "i" icon in the title.
To return to the previous entity, simply click the "back" button in your browser.
