Overview
The Legal Entities & Assets section in the ORCA menu provides you with efficient management capabilities. Clickable cells in the rows allow quick access to the details view within the Entity. Users can create Legal Entities & Assets directly from this section. Basic filters enable efficient organization by Entity name, Asset Classes, Addresses, Tax Domicile, Mandate, and Time Travel. New filters have been introduced for Tax Domicile, Compliance Requirements, and Time Travel to enhance flexibility in managing Legal Entities & Assets. This section allows data export. Clickable Rows
The Legal Entities & Assets section incorporates clickable rows. Now, users can navigate directly to the Entities’ Detail View by clicking into a cell on a specific row, providing a quick and efficient way to access detailed information about a legal entity or asset.
Entity Creation Capability
We've added a convenient feature that allows users to create a new entity directly from the Legal Entities & Assets section. This simplifies the process, eliminating the need to navigate to a separate page, and saving you valuable time.
Legal Entities & Assets Filters
To enhance the usability of the section, basic filters have been included. These filters cover essential parameters such as Entity name, Asset Classes, Addresses, Tax Domicile, Compliance Requirements, Mandate, and Time Travel. This ensures that you can easily locate and organize your Legal Entities & Assets based on specific criteria.
New Filters
Three entirely new filters have been introduced to provide even more flexibility in managing your Legal Entities & Assets:
- Tax Domicile Filter: This filter allows you to narrow down entities based on their tax domicile. It provides a quick and targeted way to manage entities with specific tax requirements.
- Compliance Requirements Filter: This filter, with two inputs Self-Regulatory Organsiations (SRO) and Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), enables you to filter entities based on their compliance requirements and mandates. It simplifies the process of ensuring that your Entities adhere to specific regulatory standards.
- Time Travel Filter Time Travel filter, allows users to view the state of legal entities and assets at different points in time. When activated, this filter updates all columns except for Class and Incorporation, providing a historical perspective on your Entities and Assets.
