Overview
ORCA can generate a report based on the audit requirements for self-regulatory organisations (SROs) by the FINMA, the Swiss financial markets regulator. This report is available as part of the SMART price plan.
Preparing for an SRO Audit
Where to add information in ORCA?
- “Detail View” of the selected entity
- "Details" page: Goals, General Notes, Date of Incorporation
- "Compliance" page: KYC and AML-related checks, compliance-related notes
- "Cashflow" page: Relevant transactions that require proof of funds, etc.
- Wealth Summary: This section provides overall information about the client's source of wealth and assets.
Setting Default Values and Checks
You can configure the following specific values for your SRO audit:
- SRO Valuation: Sets a threshold percentage based on your company's valuation. ORCA will add transactions exceeding this threshold to the "Transaktionsjournal." For example, if your company's valuation is USD 1,000,000 and the threshold is 20%, ORCA will flag all transactions of USD 200,000 or more.
- SRO Guidelines Information: Contains additional free-text information that will appear as footnotes in the risk profile questionnaire (Risikoeinteilung, Form 05B).
- Country Lists: Reflects current risk country lists from FATF, EU sanctions, Basel AML index, and internal guidelines.

Generating the SRO Report
- Select the company or natural person (mandate) for which you need the report
- Open the "Detail View" by clicking on the name
- Navigate to the "Document Generator"
- Download the latest SRO report

- ORCA generates a single Word file containing all SRO templates.
- Review the report for missing data and make necessary modifications before downloading again. When the ORCA time setting is "Today," the report will include the most current information.

Please note that the report is currently only available in German.
