Overview
In ORCA, you can share data with external stakeholders using shared links. The following types can be shared:
- Files
- Ownership structures
- Meeting agendas
Guide
- Click on your vault located on the top side of the side panel.
- Select "Shared links."
Shared Link Details
This list shows all active and inactive shared links. You can view and manage the following details:
- Access (and copy) the shared link
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Type (File, Structure, or Meeting that has been shared)
- Created by (ORCA user)
- Created At and Valid To (links can be set to expire after 30 days or set to Never Expires)
- Link Type: Live (updates in real time as data changes) or Static (a snapshot at the time of creation)
- Open in ORCA: For Structure links, whether viewers can jump directly to the entity's Details View from the shared cards
- Password: Indicates whether a password has been set
- Options (three dots on the right)
- Extend the validity of the link (by 30 days)
- Inactivate or activate the link manually
- Reveal the originally created password
