In this example, a company was deregistered from the Bahamas and subsequently registered in Delaware. To properly reflect this change, follow these steps:
- In the Detail View, navigate to the Addresses & Countries section
- Add the date range during which the company was registered in the Bahamas
- Create a new entry reflecting the company's new location in Delaware
- Add the "From" date when the company was registered in Delaware
Using dates has the advantage of enabling time-travel. By changing the date to a specific day in the past, you can view everything that was valid at that time.
