Upload files via email

The Upload via Email feature allows users to send files to their Orca vaults via email. While everything inside Orca is encrypted and Orca cannot see any files, contacts, or assets, it is important to understand that sending information via email still involves a journey until it reaches Orca. The types of files that can be uploaded include standard file types such as .pdf, .doc, and .xls, but inline images are not supported. To access files uploaded via email, users can choose the vault they want to enable the upload for, open "Data Management," and choose their unique email address. This is because email signatures usually contain inline images, and we do not want to overload your account with them.

To upload images in Orca, please attach them to an email (and do not send them inline) or upload them directly in the app.
