As an account owner or admin you can manage your vaults. You can set permissions for users, can create new vaults, or even archive old vaults.

How to access the “vault” settings
How to create a new vault
- Click on “New” on the bottom right, then update the name
- Press “Add”
How to archive an existing vault
- Note: An archived vault is not deleted, you can always re-activate it again
How to rename a vault
You have the option to overwrite the default name of the vault with your own. Keep in mind that the name must contain at least three letters. To do this, simply click on the current name and type in your desired name.
How to manage users
- Define whether users should have reading or editing rights to one or more vaults
- Instantly change the permission or remove access if necessary
How to view the usage information of your vault
Click on the “Information” tab on your settings page and see details such as;
- Number of persons, assets, and liabilities that contribute to your “items”
- Number of securities and uploaded files
How to switch a vault
Click on the name of your current vault at the top of the menu, then choose "Switch Vault" and select the vault you want to access. You'll see a list of all the vaults you've been granted access to.
Note: If you have multiple vaults, you can use the search bar at the top to find a specific vault by name.
