A new user who has been invited but not registered needs to enter the one-time password (that was shared during the invitation). If a new user lost this an account owner/admin can view this on the settings page
How to delete a user
Click on the three dots on the right side, then on delete. After that, you need to double-confirm your deletion.
Please make sure that you want to delete the user. After this, the user won’t have access anymore and is deleted from the profile. If done by error you need to invite the user again.
