- A certain amount of items are included in your contract. If you add more you need to purchase additional items
- The following types count as items; natural persons, legal entities, and assets (real estate, art, accounts, etc)
Items are a key component when it comes to generating invoices in ORCA. They represent different entities that are associated with your contracts. It's important to note that your contract includes a specific number of items. If you exceed this limit, you will need to purchase additional items.

What counts as an item?
The following types are considered as items:
- Natural persons
- Legal entities
- Assets (such as real estate, art, accounts, etc)
Liabilities, Files, and securities do not count as items.
Where can I view the current number of items in the vault?
- Click on your user profile located at the bottom left in ORCA.
- Go to account administration and select "Vaults".
- Click on the specific vault for which you want to see this information.
- Under the "Information" tab, you will find the total number of items added to ORCA.
In the example below, the total number of items is 69 (17 + 52).
