Overview
Unused vaults can be archived to prevent any users, whether they are editors or readers, from accessing their data. This is a great feature for those who may have a lot of vaults but don't need to access all of them regularly. By archiving the vaults, they can effectively declutter their workspace while still keeping all of their data safe and sound. The vaults and their data are not deleted when archived, but rather they are no longer accessible until they are reactivated by an Account Owner or Admin. This means that even if you archive a vault, you can be sure that your data is secure and can be accessed again at any time you need it.

How to archive a vault
- Open “Account Administration”
- Select the vault you want to archive
- Click on “More actions”
- Click “Deactivate vault”
