Overview
This article provides instructions on creating and managing different scenarios within ORCA projects. This allows you to establish distinct spaces for large and complex transactions and activities. ORCA projects can encompass various events such as:
- Mergers and acquisitions; complex transactions that involve combining two or more companies or transferring ownership of one company to another.
- Company restructuring; involves making significant changes to the structure of a company, such as reorganizing departments or changing the reporting structure.
- Wealth transfers; passing down assets from one generation to the next, such as a family business, real estate, or investment portfolio.
- Other complex transactions.
Projects provide flexibility to blend these events into your overall structure. By following the steps outlined in this article, you can easily create and manage projects to help keep your workflow organized and efficient.
